  • Based on scientific merit and programme requirements, abstracts may be assigned to

    • Poster Presentation
  • Authors may opt-in for Award Paper consideration at the time of submission.

  • Author Names/Institution details to be submitted on the portal, not as a part of the manuscript
  • Presenting Author Responsibilities:
    • Author name to be in bold and underlined
    • Presenting author E-mail id and Phone number needed
  • Registration for the conference is mandatory for presentation at the conference

Poster Presentation

  • Abstracts submitted directly as Poster Presentation will be considered for poster display only. Unstructured abstract within 250 words acceptable for poster presentation
  • Key Dates
    • Abstract submission opens:15 July 2026
    • Abstract submission deadline:15 October 2026
    • Notification of acceptance:5 December 2026
  • Award Papers
    • Shortlisted authors must submit a full manuscript by31 January 2027 on the IJTC Editorial Manager platform. If not, the paper will be removed from consideration for award session. No further communication will be entertained.
  • General Rules
    • Abstracts must be original and not previously presented at a national conference
    • Ethical approval must be stated where applicable
    • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign presentation formats
